One week after its official launch, OnePlus has officially brought its new OnePlus 7 Pro into Malaysia.

To recap, the OnePlus 7 Pro houses the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC and 48MP Sony IMX586 main camera sensor at the back. However, unlike the OnePlus 7, the OnePlus 7 Pro harbours a motorised, pop-up selfie camera that appears when it, well…pops up. Freeing the display from any notches at the top of the display.

On that note, the OnePlus 7 Pro’s 6.67-inch AMOLED display that seems to have received that extra attention from its parent company. Unlike the display of the OnePlus 7, the Pro’s display has a refresh rate of 90Hz, and even supports the HDR10+ standard.

On the subject of camera, the OnePlus 7 Pro sports a triple-camera configuration made up of a 48MP main sensor, a 16MP ultra-wide sensor, and an 8MP telephoto lens.

Memory-wise, the OnePlus 7 can be fitted with up to 8GB RAM, while the Pro variant can have up to 12GB RAM. Storage for both variants, while not expandable, is available in configurations of 128GB and 256GB.

Price-wise, the phone’s SRP starts from at RM2999 for the 6GB/128GB configuration, RM3699 for the 8GB/256GB, and RM4199 for the 12GB/256GB configuration. Surprisingly, OnePlus did not mention anything about the phone’s availability. However, we asked around and more or less got confirmation that the phone will be available starting today.

On another note, you can get the latter two variant on exclusively on Shopee. Should you choose to purchase the phone, you’ll also be getting the phone a set of the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Earphones, free of charge.
