Call of Duty, being one of the few series with a new game every year. While a new title for 2019 is yet to be announced, a listing on PEGI rating board suggests that Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered might be on its way.
Gematsu spotted the listing on the Pan European Game Information (PEGI) board. The title was listed PEGI 18, and oddly comes with a release date of 28 February 2019. Activision-Blizzard, the publisher, has not made any official statement about the release.
You’re likely already familiar with the PEGI, Europe’s content rating system. It’s similar to the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) of the US. You’ve als likely seen it at the start of countless video game trailers.
The first Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered was announced alongside Infinite Warfare in 2016. It’s now likely that Modern Warfare 2 will also be released alongside this year’s Call of Duty title, so watch this spot for the official announcement.
