As promised, Lazada together with Mah Sing today has revealed more information on how customers are able to purchase houses through the famed e-commerce platform. Available in the form of landed houses and apartments, these houses are in Rawang, Sentul, Cheras, Bangi, and Penang.
With a starting price of RM 415,000, it goes without saying that customers don’t have to pay the full price of the homes when they “purchased” the house through Lazada. Instead, what they need to pay is just RM 3,000 as registration fee which is refundable if the purchase didn’t go through.
While customers not able to use Lazada vouchers or slash the prices of these homes (yes, we’ve actually asked Lazada about it), Mah Sing will also be offering 5% incentives that worth of up to RM 30,000 to customers that interested to purchase these homes. Do note that they will be made available in limited quantities and on first-come, first-serve basis.
Additionally, customers are only able to add these homes into their Lazada’s cart from 10 to 12 December but they are able to preview these homes starting from today onwards. The home listing is already up on Lazada, so do head on to the site right here for further information.
