Here’s an interesting PC case from Armaggeddon that caught our eye at the Leapfrog Megatrends 2018 event. It’s called the Hagane H7, and besides featuring a dual tempered glass for its sides, it also features an interesting and familiar design.
To be precise, if you’re thinking that the casing’s designs looks similar to case design of Dell’s Area 51 desktop PC, you’d be forgiven. On the outside, the casing looks absolutely gorgeous and pretty to look at. Take off the main tempered glass panel and poke your head in, though, and you’ll realise that it’s actually a pretty casing.
Leapfrog, the primary distributor of Armaggeddon products in the region, didn’t provide us with a full specs list of the casing, but just by looking at it, we can confidently tell you that the casing would only manage to house an ATX motherboard, at best.
Aside from the power supply, the casing is also able to fit six 120mm fans inside comfortably. For its front I/Os, the Hagane H7 comes with two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, individual headphone and microphone ports, a power button, and a reset button.
The casing is expected to arrive in Malaysia by the end of August. Unfortunately, Leapfrog says that the casing will not ship with any fans. However, the distributor did say that the casing can be fitted with Armaggeddon’s own Infineon Loop II RGB fan kit.
The kit comes with three 120mm fans fitted with RGB LED. Also, and as you would expect, the RGB lights are programmable. At the time of writing, no price was given for the casing.
