Hatsune Miku last graced smartphones in 2017 with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X. This year apparently she will be on a Xiaomi phone yet again – this time the Xiaomi Mi 6X. This news is thanks to twitter user @bang_gogo_ who posted the leak on the social media network.
Inside, the phone carries over all the features of the standard Mi 6X. This includes its dual-camera system with 20MP and 12MP sensors. The phone also features a 5.99-inch Full HD+ 18:9 display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset paired with up to 6GB of RAM, two choices of internal storage (64GB or 128GB), as well as a 3,010mAh battery.
The Hatsune Miku special edition will come in the character’s signature teal colour, as well as character inscription at the back of the phone. There will also be special software and accessory for the phone out of the box. This includes widgets and wallpaper specific for it.
For those looking to get one for themselves, the Xiaomi Mi 6X Hatsune Miku Edition will cost CNY 2,099 or about RM 1,280. Unfortunately, there is no news if it will be available outside of China for the time being nor when it is going on sale.
