We can confirm that after yesterday’s Umobile nationwide outage, Maxis’ prepaid service #Hotlink is currently down in and around the Klang Valley area. #Hotlink customers have informed us that they are able to receive calls, but are otherwise unable to make outgoing calls.
According to twitter user @artid, the Maxis Customer Service center in KLCC is also currently down, and they have not be able to give an estimate on how long rectification works will take.
