Thermaltake has apparently made it PSU even “smarter” after announcing that it has enabled consumers to control their PSU’s lighting via voice control through the DPS G mobile app. That said, there only products to support this feature is the Thermaltake Toughpower iRGB Plus Titanium/Platinum PSU.

According to Thermaltake, consumers will now be able to control the light mode of a supported PSU, along with its colour output, brightness, and speed using their voice (TT AI Voice Control). Again, this can be done through the DPS G mobile app. Other features that come with this app include: historical efficiency, fan speed monitoring, wattage level monitoring and plenty more.

With the introduction of the new voice control features on the Thermaltake DPS G mobile app, consumers will no longer need to go through the hassle of manually setting the lighting modes through a desktop app. That said, this feature may not appeal to all consumers – some may even find it unnecessary.

More details regarding this new feature on the Thermaltake DPS G mobile app can be found here. It’s worth mentioning that Thermaltake may make this feature available on its future PSUs as well.
