Sony just announced that the new God of War will be landing on 20 April. On top of that, the company is releasing a new trailer for the PlayStation 4 exclusive too, and it gives us a look at the storyline of the upcoming game.
Looking at the story trailer, it’s clear now that the new God of War will take into account events from past games. While previous titles were focused on Greek mythology, this entry in the franchise seems to be based on Norse folklore instead. Aside from that, we also got a more detailed look at the background of Kratos’ son, Atreus.
The new God of War will be available on 20 April; the Standard Edition retails at RM229, while the Collector’s Edition goes for RM549 in Malaysia. Alternatively, the game can also be pre-ordered right now on the PlayStation Store.
