U Mobile will be undergoing a scheduled system upgrade that will last from the end of this month until mid-August. As a result, its customers may notice some service disruption until the exercise is complete.
The upgrades are set to take place on the following dates and times:
- 18 July 2017 (12.00 am – 6.00 am)
- 3 August 2017 (12.00am – 6.00am)
- 8 August 2017 (12.00 am – 6.30 am)
- 9 August 2017 (12.00 am – 6.30 am)
U Mobile expects full service to be restored by 10 August, but we know that it usually takes a couple of days for any new problems to be sorted out. The upgrading work will happen at times when most people will be asleep and shouldn’t affect too many people.
