Digi has just introduced a brand new MyDigi app that lets you easily manage your Digi account, get live support, and enjoy rewards and special deals from the telco. In conjunction with the launch of the new MyDigi app, the telco is offering 3GB data as a welcome gift.
From 1 to 31 March 2017, download or update your MyDigi app, and enjoy a total of 3GB of free data. The free internet will given to you over three months (1GB each month). To redeem, simply log into your account on the app, open the menu bar and select Add-ons. In there, you will see a “MyDigi Welcome Gift 1GB”. The 1GB of free data each month for 3 months comes with a 7-day validity period and is available for all Digi subscribers except postpaid users without mobile internet.
So what’s new with the new MyDigi app? You can do the usual things you did before like check your account, your usage charges, view your bills, make payments and reload. On top of that, it comes with new improved customer service that lets you live chat with a customer service consultant. Live chat is available from 10am to 9pm daily.
You can also unlock more rewards from Digi. Simply perform selected transactions, and the telco will reward you with even more freebies. Additionally, the telco is also giving monthly rewards and Superdeals to its subscribers via the app.
Other things you can do via the new MyDigi app include the ability to transfer credit to and from another Digi user, or request for Talktime Advance from Digi, update your profile, and have a wider range of payment options from bank accounts, credit cards and debit cards.
