TCL Communications has recently announced that it will be launching its next smartphone under the Flash brand later this month. For those who not aware of the brand, Flash devices were originally part of the company’s Alcatel family before it decided to separate them and turn Flash into a dedicated brand.
Called Flash Plus 2, the specifications for the device is still under wraps at the moment given that the global launch event will only take place on 17 May. However, we believe that Flash 2 Plus that feature metal body and fingerprint sensor – judging from a number of teasers that Flash has published on its social network channels.
At the same time, Flash Malaysia has also confirmed through a media invite that it will be launching the device itself in our market on 24 May. Understandably, it also didn’t reveal further information regarding the device apart from the teasers that have been published by the company’s main headquarters.
With that, guess we just have to wait for its official unveiling on 17 May in order to learn more about Flash Plus 2. So, stay tuned.
