In conjunction with the two new First Internet plans, Celcom has added Apple’s latest iPad Pro and iPad Mini 4 to its online store. With how competitive telcos are now, those interested in getting the iPad Pro bundled with a mobile internet plan now have an additional option.
Both the iPad Pro and iPad Mini 4 can be purchased from Celcom, either with the First Gold Internet or the First Blue Internet plan. The former has a monthly commitment fee of RM100, and it promises to give customers a total of 40GB of mobile Internet. If that’s not for you, Celcom also has the First Blue Internet plan, which has a monthly commitment fee of RM45 and provides users a total of 6GB of Internet.
iPad Pro (128GB)
For the First Gold Internet plan, the 128GB model iPad Pro will cost RM3,958 under a 12-month contract, while a 24-month contract would set the device price at RM3,588. As for the First Blue Internet plan, a 12-month and 24-month contract will set users back at RM4,068 and RM3,898 respectively.
iPad Mini 4
Customers also have the option of getting a smaller iPad Mini 4 instead of the iPad Pro. Bundling the iPad Mini 4 with the First Gold Internet plan, the 16GB model will be RM1,638 and RM1,268 under a 12-month and 24-month contract respectively. In addition, the 64GB model will cost RM1,988 under a 12-month contract, and RM1,618 under a 24-month contract.
Other than that, the iPad Mini 4 is also available for bundle with the First Blue Internet plan. The 16GB model will go for RM1,748 under a 12-month contract and RM1,578 under a 24-month contract. Besides that, the 64GB model will have a price tag of RM2,098 and RM1,938 under a 12-month and 24-month contract respectively.
An upfront payment fee as well as an early termination fee is applicable, depending on the duration of the contract chosen. The former will be refunded equally over a period of 10 months, while the latter is charged when the customer decides to terminate the plan before the contract ends. Do note that these prices are not inclusive of 6% GST, as they will be charged directly into the bill.
