In conjunction with the release of Ubisoft’s new game, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege, MSI has partnered up with Ubisoft Entertainment to create two special edition motherboards: the Z170A Krait Gaming R6 Seige and Z170A Gaming M5.

The Z170A Krait Gaming R6 Seige and Z170A Gaming M5 motherboards essentially have the same specifications as the cards they are based on. MSI says that the Z710A Krait Gaming R6 Seige motherboard features a unique design that highlights Ubisoft’s new game. However, the Z170A Gaming M5 motherboard will not be different from the original.

Both the motherboards are included in MSI’s Gaming series. They feature DDR4 memory support and boost, Audio Boost 3 and USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-A and Type-C. It’s worth taking note that both the motherboards are a full-sized ATX motherboard and will support DirectX 12.

Besides the special edition motherboards, MSI and Ubisoft is also giving away free copies of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege (Standard Edition). The promotion will run from the 1st of December 2015 till the 1st of March 2016. MSI says that the promotion will be available only on selected countries which will probably include Malaysia as well. More information about the special edition motherboards and promotion can be found on MSI’s website.
