Can’t wait to get the new Apple iPhone 6s and 6s Plus but couldn’t be bothered to pay the grey market price? Don’t worry, your turn will come very soon as Apple has officially confirmed that both new iPhones will be released in Malaysia next month.
Specifically, both phones will be released on Friday, 16 October. The date was revealed as part of the press announcement that stated Apple has sold more than 13 million iPhone 6s and 6s Plus after they were launched in selected markets last week. The Malaysian release date has also been reflected on Apple Malaysia’s official website as shown below:
At this moment, none of the four iPhone telcos – Celcom, DiGi, Maxis, and U Mobile – have revealed their plans for these new iPhone. With around 18 days left before iPhone 6s and 6s Plus officially made their way into Malaysia, obviously we can’t help but to expect such info to be revealed at any given time now. Well, seems like exciting times are coming ahead for iPhone fans and smartphone lovers in Malaysia although be warned though: we predict that the Malaysian price for both phones will be quite high.
