Windows 10 has arrived on the PC, and the next big release from Microsoft will be the mobile version of the new operating system. While Lumia users patiently await the impending free upgrade to Windows 10, Microsoft has revealed a list of devices that will be the first to receive the update.
This list of ten smartphones will receive Windows 10 when it appears later this year:

- Lumia 435
- Lumia 532
- Lumia 535
- Lumia 540
- Lumia 640
- Lumia 640 XL
- Lumia 735
- Lumia 830
- Lumia 930
Windows 10 on the PC is only part of the story, with Microsoft planning an integration across all Windows based devices. While this has mainly been centered on the universal Windows apps that work the same no matter what platform they are on, there is also the much awaited continuum option that will allow Lumia devices to mirror a connected PC.
Microsoft has not actually said when Windows 10 will be appearing on mobile devices. The OS is still unfinished, and the preview still has more than a few bugs to be sorted out. Windows 10 on PC itself has had its share of problems during the launch, although crippling errors were only experienced by a small fraction of users.
