With the introduction of the MX5, it was only a matter of time before Meizu Malaysia revises the retail prices of its MX4 smartphones. Effective immediately, the MX4 16GB and 32GB have had its priced dropped a further RM100.
The MX4 was the first Meizu smartphone to be available in Malaysia. With its unique design and even more unique Android-based FlymeOS, this was yet another Chinese company to offer its successful range of products here in Malaysia. And, for RM1,099, it was a pretty good deal too – though the lack of expandable memory and only 16GB of internal storage was an issue for some. As such, the company then brought in the 32GB variant for RM1,199.
The new retail prices of the MX4 are RM899 for the 16GB version, and RM999 for the 32GB variant. All purchases will also be entitled to a free case and tempered glass screen protector. The MX4 Pro, however, remains the same at RM1,399.
