We have just received an invite from U Mobile for its new product offering this coming Thursday on 23rd July. Apparently, the telco company will unveil a “new proposition that is so powerful, it resets the industry benchmark for one particular product segment.” Based on that statement alone, U Mobile seems pretty confident about its new offering.
Unfortunately, not much has been divulged by U Mobile. However, based on what it is saying, it’s highly likely to be a new plan of some sort.
Expect even bigger data and voice allocations, as well as other attractive services designed to empower consumers to stay connected.
Chances are, U Mobile will be unveiling a new prepaid plan. After all, it has just revised its postpaid plans, including the highly affordable U28 plan that is offering 3GB of data for only RM28 a month.
As of late, many other telco companies have also introduced their own respective prepaid plans with free basic Internet. Digi has its Smart Prepaid plan, Celcom has Magic SIM, and Hotlink has the #Hotlink plan. U Mobile, on the other hand, has not come up with one yet.
In any case, we will find out next Thursday on the 23rd of July 2015. Whatever the telco company is planning to unveil, it seems really confident about it, which can only mean good news for us consumers.
