Postpaid plans in Malaysia have just gotten more affordable than ever. U Mobile recently revised its postpaid plans, offering 3GB of data for only RM28 a month – it even comes with free calls and SMS. For those who need more, its P50 and P70 postpaid plans now come with even more data.
From now until 31 August 2015, you can sign up for the postpaid plans – U28, P50 and P70, with additional data, and you can keep the quota even after the promotion ends. Other benefits include low call rates from 5sen per block, the ability to carry forward talktime, and free calls everyday.
This promotion is available for all new subscribers while existing subscribers will automatically be upgraded. Do note that U28 does not allow you to carry forward unused minutes.
This is without a doubt one of the most interesting times for postpaid telcos in Malaysia. Ever since Celcom introduced its First Basic 38 plan that offers 3GB of data, other telcos have been trying to match and even beat Celcom’s offer. Digi is now having a promotion that offers 3GB of data from as low as RM36, Maxis is offering free extra data to its subscribers, and now, it’s U Mobile’s turn.
