It looks like BlackBerry has learnt how to play the hype game. The company has shown off a dual curved display smartphone with a sliding keyboard during its press conference at Mobile World Congress 2015, and yet no details about the device have been provided.
The unnamed BlackBerry smartphone looks like a fusion between the newly released BlackBerry Leap and the BlackBerry Passport. Although the addition of the curved displays on the side, it could also be taking a page out of Samsung’s playbook. There is absolutely no other information provided at this point.
It looks like BlackBerry is preparing to assault the premium smartphone market with something that is truly worthy of the price tag. That being said, consumers shouldn’t expect top of the line internals; BlackBerry doesn’t usually use those for its devices.
On the other hand, this prototype could potentially fulfill the dreams of many BlackBerry fans who want something to make Android and iOS users jealous.
