Want more luxury phones? Vertu has just announced a new Diamond line of smartphones made out of all the usual premium materials, and adorned with Diamond and alligator skin.
There are three devices in this collection – Pure Jet Alligator Diamonds, Diamonds Red Alligator, and Diamonds Black Alligator. All three devices are made out of a mix of stainless steel, gold, titanium, alligator skin and lots of diamonds.
The Pure Jet Alligator Diamonds features a classy design all dressed in black – except for the diamond encrusted area of course. It has 124 brilliant white diamonds set in a white gold pillow trim and a stereo sound bar with white gold detail. Wrapped in jet alligator skin with a matching ceramic pillow, it also has a brushed and polished black PVD titanium back plate.
The Diamonds Red and Black Alligator may not sound as good as the former, but they are also made out of the best materials. Both phones are made out of polished stainless steel V pillow, polished titanium PVD upper back plate, alligator leather, and features a total of 55 diamonds – 33 black and 22 white diamonds (0.16cts) for the black version, and 55 white diamonds (0.15cts) for the Red Alligator.
Their specs don’t disappoint either. All three phones are powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor with 64GB of internal storage. The detailed specs for the Pure Jet Alligator Diamonds is not mentioned, but it should share the same 4.7” Full HD Sapphire Crystal display as its two other siblings. They all feature a 13MP rear camera, which Vertu claims is “certified by world-reowned photography experts Hasselblad”. There’s a dual LED flash on board, and the lens is made out of a “virtually scratch-proof sapphire crystal”. Sounds fancy.
Other specs include LTE connectivity, 2.1MP front shooter, stereo High-fidelity loudspeakers, 2275mAh built-in battery, and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
Impressed? The Vertu Pure Jet Alligator Diamonds can be yours for €15,900 (RM67,400). If you don’t have that kind of the money, the Diamonds Red Alligator and Diamonds Black Alligator are priced at €8,900 each – that’s about RM37,720.
