The #MYCyberSALE starts today and will last until 1 October 2014. This initiative, led by Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) sees the participation of some 4,500 merchants offering a variety of discounts and deals. MDeC is using the campaign to promote e-commerce among internet users in Malaysia; although most Malaysian probably do not need much encouragement to buy things online.
This biggest online sale event in Malaysia will include a total of 250 e-Marketplaces including reputable local and foreign online retailers. Interesting highlights would include Gundam.my who are offering a small selection of Gundam models at a 40% discount, Dell offering 15% off on its line of Alienware gaming laptops, and free flights from Astro for new subscribers.
