When Flappy Bird’s creator Dong Nguyen announced that he would be taking the game off the net after the cost of “fame and popularity” was too much for him to bear, somehow we knew that it would be back. Talking to CNBC, Nguyen told them that he will be putting the title back in August and it will have a new feature, Multiplayer mode. Who knows how this will make it less addictive but one thing’s for sure, you better get your tapping fingers limbered for that autumn release. Nguyen is also working on a series of other games at the moment.
