World of Tanks has taken the April Fool’s Day joke to Google levels. Instead of only teasing players with a game mode that would sound cool but impractical, they have created an entire game mode for fans to enjoy for the next four days. Pilot a free premium tank known as Karl in an arena that should look very familiar.
Like the original game that entertained so many of us so many years ago, the brick walls are fully destructible while the iron barriers cannot be passed through. Credits, experience, and achievements are not earned while playing using Karl, but there is a special achievement that provides credits.
Most importantly, it is very much a real game mode available to all players.
