CIMB Bank To Deploy System Upgrade From 31 Jan To 3 Feb, Almost All Services Will Be Halted

CIMB Bank System Upgrade

Are you a CIMB Bank or CIMB Islamic customers? I’ve one advice for you: complete all your banking transactions and other necessary business with them immediately. Take out some extra funds for the upcoming Chinese New Year’s weekend too if you must, as the company’s ATM will cease to function during the period as well.

Why is that so? Well, apparently CIMB Bank will be performing a massive upgrade to its system which will see almost of its essential services including its branches, ATM machines, CIMB MEPS services, debit card transactions, online banking, mobile banking, and phone banking to be temporarily unavailable. The full list is as below:

CIMB Bank System Upgrade

Honestly speaking, it seems like CIMB will doing a complete shutdown with the exception of its credit card services. The upgrade will take place from Friday, 31 January onwards at 1145 pm and will last till 600 am of Monday, 3 February.
