In partnership with UX Malaysia and Sunway University as well as the Jeffery Cheah Foundation, Social Innovation Camp is coming to KL! From the 20th to the 22nd of September, designers and developers are given 48 hours to build some sort of web/mobile based solutions to a set of social problems. However, before getting to that, the Social Innovation Camp is looking for the most exciting ideas of how the web or mobile platform could produce change that REALLY matters. Send your ideas in by the 20th of August and you may be one of 6 selected to proceed to the next phase. Your idea needs to use technology in the form of mobile, web or hardware that can do something about problems we face in society.
The top teams from the SI Camp KL will join top teams from other cities at the end of the year for a final regional camp.
