Celcom Now Offering Sony Xperia Tablet Z from RM1,438

Celcom Xperia Tablet Z

The Sony Xperia Tablet Z is scheduled to hit the market on 19 June 2013 but it looks like you can now get it from Celcom and purchase the tablet at a subsidized price when you sign up for a contract under the telco. Celcom is now offering the latest tablet from Sony from as low as RM1,438.

Celcom is offering the Xperia Tablet Z with its Celcom First Data package along with pay-per-use voice/SMS/MMS, with either a 12- or 24-months contract. Call functions are not supported on the Tablet Z but in case you wish to use the SIM card on a smartphone, all outgoing calls and SMS will be charged at a pay-per-use rate. The options are as shown below:

Celcom will be hosting promotions at selected outlets tomorrow for you to own the tablet as early as tomorrow. Exclusively available in 5 selected outlets, lucky customers can stand a chance to enjoy exclusive benefits:

  • Free NFC Bluetooth Speaker worth RM199
  • RM500 Cash Voucher for the Sony Xperia Tablet Z
  • RM200 Cash Voucher for the Sony Xperia Tablet Z

The participating outlets are Blue Cube @ Iconic, Sunway, BlueCube @ Pavilion, Blue Cube@ Gardens, CXP @ eCurve, and CXP @ Kuchai.

If you do not wish to sign up for a contract, you can also purchase the tablet from Sony Center or from authorized resellers like Senheng, who has recently opened up its preorder and is offering an online promotion that comes with extra freebies.
