The iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C is scheduled to hit selected markets next week on 18 September, the preorder for those countries has already started today but it looks like the iPhone 5S is scheduled to make a public appearance slightly earlier. Apple and Burberry recently announced their partnership for the upcoming Burberry fashion show, which would be captured using the iPhone 5S’ new iSight camera.
The Burberry runway show will be held in London on 16 September and the iPhone 5S will be used to record “runway and beauty looks, product details, and backstage moments”. The show will be aired live on 16 September at 2:30pm GMT+1 and will be available to view at Burberry’s own site. Meanwhile, check out a teaser video for the show, shot with the iPhone 5S.

In case you don’t already know, while the iPhone 5S may have only an 8MP camera, the company has ditch the megapixel race and work on improving other parts of its camera including a five-element lens, larger aperture of f/2.2, a 15% larger active sensor area with larger pixel, True Tone flash with dual LED lights, and the ability to capture burst shots at 10fps, as well as 120fps slow-motion videos.
