Here is one good reason why you should have signed up to telco’s iPhone 5 Registration of Interest (RoI) even though you haven’t decided to purchase the device – launch info direct into your inbox. Maxis has begun to deliver emails to selected individuals (Maxis One Club members might want to check their inbox) that registered for the device’s RoI earlier this week and together with them are the information for Maxis iPhone 5 launch event.
Apparently, the event will take place on the evening of December 13 at the PIKOM ICT Mall in Capsquare, Kuala Lumpur. If you wondering why the event is going to take place one day earlier than the actual launch of iPhone 5, here’s why – the device will be released to Maxis customers on the midnight of December 14. Furthermore, it is also stated in the email that invited guests are allowed to purchase up to two units each with the conditions that the guest is a principle account holder.
