Thought that Google’s latest Samsung-made Chromebook was seriously affordable? At only $249, the Samsung Chromebook offers fantastic value. However, if you thought that Chromebooks cannot get any cheaper, well, you’d be wrong.

Introducing the Acer C7 Chromebook. This 11.6-inch laptop with a resolution of 1366 x 768 runs on an Intel Celeron 847 dual-core processor (1.1GHz) with 2GB of RAM. There’s a 320GB hard drive as well as 100GB of cloud storage on Google Drive. And, just like all Chromebooks, it runs on Google’s Chrome OS, complete with all Google apps such as Drive, Google+, Maps and Gmail. The whole thing also boots up in only 18 seconds.

Unfortunately, just like the earlier Samsung Chromebook, the C7 Chromebook is currently only available in the US and the UK, and retails for a mere $199. Yes, a full $50 cheaper than Samsung’s Exynos Dual powered Chromebook.
