Maxis iPhone 6

Apple recently revised its iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus prices in Malaysia, increasing them by up to RM200, and it looks like Maxis is the first local telco to reflect these new prices in its iPhone device bundle. You can now get an iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus from as low as RM809 and RM1,169 respectively from Maxis when you sign up for a contract with them.

Available with a 12 or 24 months contract, Maxis is offering both iPhones with its MaxisONE plan, iValue Simple, and iValue 1/2/3. Each of these plans comes bundled with different amount of data, free calls and free SMS catered to different needs. So what are the new prices?

The other telcos that are currently offering the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus – Digi and Celcom, haven’t revised their bundles yet, but we think that it won’t take too long for them to do so.

Meanwhile, U Mobile is scheduled to announce its iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus plans next Tuesday, 17 March 2015, so let’s see what the telco has got to offer. According the registration of interest page, U Mobile teases that they will be offering the iPhones with their prepaid packs, and will be very affordable, so let’s keep our fingers crossed that it’s good because the current prices of the iPhones in Malaysia is anything but affordable.

More information about Maxis’ new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus plans available over at Maxis’ website.
