PLUS Malaysia is set to expand its JustGo automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) toll payment system to more highways, extending the service beyond the expressways operated by the concessionaire. According to Paultan.org, the upcoming expansion will cover several highways in the Klang Valley, Penang and the East Coast.
The publication spotted a “coming soon” list for JustGo at the MyASEAN Roads and Traffic Tech Expo (MyARTTE) 2026. It includes the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway (SPE), Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway, LPT2, Butterworth Outer Ring Road (BORR) and Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR).

Interestingly, as pointed out by Paultan.org, the list also features the logo of IJM Corporation, which operates the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and Sungai Besi Expressway (Besraya). This could indicate that both highways may eventually support JustGo.
If implemented across these highways, the expansion would give JustGo users wider coverage beyond PLUS’ own network, allowing them to pay tolls without relying on conventional Touch ‘n Go cards or RFID tags. For now, PLUS has not provided specific launch dates for the newly listed highways.

A Recap Of JustGo’s Existing Coverage
The planned expansion comes after PLUS recently widened JustGo’s coverage on the North-South Expressway (NSE). As we’ve previously reported back in August, JustGo expanded to cover the NSE between Sungai Dua in Penang and Kempas in Johor. This effectively connected the northern and southern portions of the highway under the same ANPR-based toll payment system, following its initial rollout on the Hutan Kampung-Sungai Dua stretch.
Apart from NSE, the service is already supported on several other highways, including the Butterworth-Kulim Expressway, Malaysia-Singapore Second Link and Seremban-Port Dickson Highway. JustGo was also subsequently expanded to the Penang Bridge, giving users another route where they can pay tolls through the system.
