With the announcement of the Apple iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, local telcos have also announced their respective pre-order perks for the phones. The foldable iPhone Duo is not up yet, owing to its later availability, but one of them is taking registrations of interest for the device. But with the foldable out of the way, let’s see what the major telcos are offering for the iPhone 18 Pro as well as Pro Max.
Maxis
Maxis is providing up to a 48-month instalment option for the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max. These are not exactly the first devices to benefit from this, as the telco did also offer this option for the Samsung foldables two months back. Either way, this means that you have more options than ever when it comes to financing these phones, but at the same time, it could be overwhelming if you ever suffer from choice paralysis.
That being said, not all plans are eligible for the longer financing options. The 48-month option, for instance, is only available for the Maxis Postpaid 139, 169 and 199 plans. Moving towards the 36-month instalment, two more plans become eligible, which are Postpaid 109 and Postpaid Share 48. Then there’s the 24-month instalment, which also works for the Postpaid 89 plan in addition to all the above. If you’d like to buy the device outright at a subsidised price, you’re back to being locked to the Postpaid 109, 139, 169 and 199 plans.

CelcomDigi
There are a handful of elements that all the iPhone 18 Pro-related plans CelcomDigi is offering have in common. For one, they are all available via the Easy360 instalments. Eligible plans start from the Postpaid 5G 100 2026, going all the way up to the Postpaid 5G 190 2026 plan. You get more perks as you go up the tier as well.
For instance, the 100 plan gives you a monthly allocation of 500GB of mobile data a month, going up to unlimited at the immediate next one, the 120 plan. Update: CelcomDigi says that despite what’s shown on its own pre-order page, the 100 plan actually provides unlimited mobile data, as is shown on its postpaid plans‘ page. The telco is currently looking into the discrepancy between it and the iPhone 18 Pro pre-order page.
The 120 and 140 plans also give you 50% discounts on roaming passes, and an AirTag with eligible add-ons. Then, on the 160 and 190 plans, the AirTag gets replaced with the AirPods Pro 3.
Before we get to the actual prices themselves though, it’s worth noting that, despite Easy360 being the only purchase option, the telco wants you to pay for the device upfront, with that amount getting rebated over your choice of 24 or 36 months. The telco also made it so that you have to log into the site with your phone number and MyKad number before you’re shown their prices, so what’s on offer may vary.
Update: A rep from the telco has confirmed that the up-front payment requirement for the iPhone 18 Pro depends on a specific customer’s credit eligibility, so some customers will not be required to do so. This confirms that what’s on offer may vary.
With that in mind, the telco lists the 256GB iPhone 18 Pro as starting from RM119 a month for the 36-month contract or RM189 a month for the 24-month contract. This goes up to RM271 and RM416 respectively for the 2TB storage option. For the iPhone 18 Pro Max, the starting 256GB model will cost RM132 a month for 36 months, or RM208 for 24 months. This goes up to RM284 and RM435 a month respectively for the 2TB model.

U Mobile
U Mobile has the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max on offer with its Ultra Postpaid 68 and Ultra Global 98, as well as the Ultra Family 128 plans. You can pay for the devices upfront via the U SaveMore 24-month contract, or a choice between a 24- and a 36-month U PayLater contract instead. Whichever you choose, you’ll have to pay in advance a month’s worth of your plan’s bill. While all plans give subscribers 1TB of mobile data, the Ultra Postpaid 68 plan gets 15GB of roaming data a month for three destinations, with the other two giving the same for 60 countries.
The lowest possible price you can get for an iPhone 18 Pro via this telco is RM4,069, or RM4,529 for the Pro Max model via U SaveMore. For instalments, the Pro starts from RM126 a month for 36 months, or RM195 a month for 24 months. This goes up to RM138 and RM214 respectively for the Pro Max.

Yes 5G
Yes 5G maintains its two primary plan options in the Infinite+ and Infinite Cashback plans. The former is the more conventional instalment plan, with the usual 0% interest and upfront payment, and a choice between 24- and 36-month instalment plans. With Infinite Cashback, you buy the device outright at the very start, with your benefits coming in the form of monthly cashback rewards. There’s no lock-in contract period for this one so you can leave whenever you want, but the longer you stay, the bigger the cashback amount in the end, up to 35 months.
Whichever route you choose, the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max are available with these benefits for the Basic 58, Standard 88, Premium 118 and Ultra 178 plans. There are a couple of exceptions to this, specifically with the 1TB and 2TB storage options of both the Pro and Pro Max. These are not available for the 24-month contract for the Infinite+ Basic 58 plan, but are available in the 36-month contract. There are no restrictions to the Infinite Cashback plans either.
