In addition to launching the Phone (4a) series, Nothing announced the Headphone (a) for the Malaysian market. Like the mid-range handsets, the over-ear headphones initially debuted early last month.

For those who missed it, the audio accessory serves as a more modest version of the brand’s flagship Headphone (1), sporting the same distinctive design with physical buttons. However, the Headphone (a) offers a brighter pink colour option alongside the standard black and white models.

Beyond that, the headphones feature a 40mm titanium-coated driver for detailed sound with minimal distortion. Furthermore, the device supports Hi-Resolution Audio Wireless and the LDAC codec. Adaptive ANC is also on board, which is handled by a system of feedforward and feedback microphones coupled with AI processing. Users can choose from three presets, including low, mid, and high. Meanwhile, Transparency Mode lets ambient sound pass through.

Despite sharing many qualities with its high-end counterpart, the Headphone (a) is missing some of the more premium features like spatial audio with head tracking, wear detection, and KEF tuning. On the bright side, it gets a bigger battery that offers up to 135 hours of listening on a single charge. This is, of course, with ANC disabled.

In Malaysia, the Nothing Headphone (a) retails for RM699. As with the handsets, the headphones will be available for pre-order from 2 April until 9 April 2026.
