Shopee has recently started introducing a new option for online shoppers to pick up their orders. Customers can now collect their purchases via parcel locker. Basically, items are placed within a set of lockers for the recipients to fetch. In essence, a parcel locker acts as a self-service collection point.
To use this service, the customer must first select the “Self Collection Point” option during checkout on the Shopee app. Once the order has been placed, the parcel will be delivered to the pre-selected locker. The user will then receive a notification via the Shopee app and WhatsApp, informing them that their parcel is ready for collection. This notification will include a six-digit PIN to allow access to the locker.

Once the parcel has been delivered, the buyer has five days to collect the item from the designated locker. To pick up the package, they must press “Collection” on the smart screen, and input the PIN. After selecting “Collect Now”, the locker compartment will automatically open.

It is worth noting that the shopper must pick up the parcel within the five-day period. Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled, and the package will be returned to the seller. Currently, one of these lockers is located at KL Gateway Mall on the UG Floor near Guardian.
