Samsung has launched its newest addition to the Galaxy Buds lineup, the Galaxy Buds3 FE. The wireless earbuds are the successor to the budget Galaxy Buds FE released back in 2023. Aside from improvements in terms of audio performance and Galaxy AI capabilities, the Galaxy Buds3 FE also gets a new design.
Just like the other Galaxy Buds3 models, the FE variant sports the stem-style design popularised by Apple. This design allows for gesture-based controls like pinching and swiping. Beyond that, the buds have a matte dual-tone finish with semi-transparent accents.
Aesthetics aside, the device features a bigger speaker compared to its predecessor. Additionally, the earbuds come with enhanced ANC for reducing ambient noise, as well as the AI-powered Crystal Clear Call technology for a better call experience. Samsung has also optimised the microphone position for voice pickup.
As for the AI features, the earbuds can be used with voice commands by saying phrases like “Hey Google”. Some examples include checking the daily agenda or email. The buds can also be used with the Galaxy AI Interpreter app, which lets the wearer listen to content in a foreign language.
According to Samsung, the Galaxy Buds3 FE will be progressively available locally starting from 19 September 2025. At the time of writing, the brand has not disclosed the price of the earbuds. The device is also not yet listed on the official website.
