CelcomDigi has officially opened its “next-generation” CelcomDigi Life flagship stores at The Gardens Mall and Sunway Pyramid, aiming to redefine how customers interact with digital technologies, 5G and smart living products. According to the telco, these stores are not just retail points but also interactive experience hubs, featuring Malaysia’s first “store-within-a-store” concept that brings together major global brands like Samsung and Disney under one roof.
Found at every Life store is The Stage, a dedicated Samsung zone where customers can explore the brand’s latest offerings, from smart devices and wearables to home appliances such as smart TVs and washing machines. The highlight here is the Endless Aisle, a digital wall that allows shoppers to browse, purchase, and even schedule home deliveries with just a few taps. CelcomDigi customers who also own a Samsung smart device are entitled to up to 30% off on Samsung purchases made at the store, including items available via the Endless Aisle.
Complementing this is a collaboration with Disney that turns retail spaces into family-friendly lounges. At Sunway Pyramid, visitors will find a Marvel-themed Connect Lounge, while The Gardens Mall features one inspired by Pixar. Both are equipped with preloaded interactive content and games for children, along with official merchandise available from DisneyStore.asia. These areas are designed to provide an engaging environment for families who visit the store together.
Aside from offering digital lifestyle showcases, CelcomDigi Life stores continue to serve their core purpose: mobile services. Customers can sign up for new lines, update their plans, or pay bills. The self-service kiosks now include added functionality such as SSM registration payments, utility bill settlements, and wallet top-ups for platforms like Steam.
To mark the launch, CelcomDigi is running opening promotions at both locations. These include special deals like accessories from as low as RM1, exclusive freebies for the first 100 customers, and Samsung discounts of up to 30% for eligible users. The promotional periods are set for 16–20 July 2025 at The Gardens Mall and 23–27 July 2025 at Sunway Pyramid.
