Infinix Malaysia has announced that its new Hot 60 Series is set to launch for the local market soon. The two confirmed models from the line-up comprise the Infinix HOT 60 5G and the HOT 60i – each promising performance, AI support, and affordability.

While the company has not yet revealed the full specifications of either device, it has outlined several key features that will be available across both models. Highlights include thin form factors, the addition of a physical Adaptive One-Tap AI Button, and a set of smart tools powered by artificial intelligence.

According to Infinix, the Adaptive One-Tap AI Button offers multiple functions depending on how it’s pressed. A long press activates Folax, the brand’s AI voice assistant, while a double press opens a user-defined shortcut menu for faster access to frequently used apps.

Both phones also support several AI tools for communication and creativity. These include writing tools, AI Sketch to Image, AI Text to Image, and AI Summary.

The Hot 60 5G is the more performance-focused device in the series. It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 5G processor and features a large 6.7-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 700 nits. Exclusive features on the Hot 60 5G include AI Vogue Portraits for stylised photo effects and the Circle It, Search It tool, which basically functions more or less the same as Google’s Circle to Search.

Meanwhile, the Hot 60i model was recently launched in Bangladesh. According to the phone’s spec sheet for that region, it offers a 6.7-inch LCD display with 720 x 1600 pixel resolution, up to 240Hz refresh rate and 700 nits peak brightness. The Hot 60i also comes with a MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate chipset, up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage, a 5160mAh battery with 45W fast charging, as well as a 50MP rear camera.

The Infinix HOT 60 Series will be officially available in Malaysia starting 10 July. Further details regarding the specifications and pricing are expected to be revealed at launch.
