Update – 2:16PM: Infinix has officially unveiled the Smart 10 series in Malaysia. The original article has been updated to include the new information provided by the company.

Original Article – 12:12PM:

Infinix is preparing to release the newest additions to its entry-level smartphone lineup, the Smart 10 series. The series includes a regular Smart 10 model as well as a Plus variant, and the company has posted a series of teasers for the Plus version on its social media accounts in preparation for the launch.

Each teaser includes a short video highlighting certain features of the smartphone, although the brand has kept details scarce. In one teaser, Infinix emphasised the device’s 6,000mAh battery, while another showcased the 120Hz refresh rate display. A third post revealed what the company calls Touch Transfer, which seems to be a feature that allows users to share files quickly.

In addition to these features, the teasers offered a glimpse of the upcoming budget phone’s design, showcasing four different colours and a horizontal camera bar. Beyond that, though, Infinix offers no further information, although it promises that the smartphone will launch “very soon”.

Both models in the Smart 10 series have been previously seen in the SIRIM database, with the vanilla version also showing up on Geekbench and Indonesia’s regulatory listings. Based on those listings, the phone will reportedly run on a Unisoc T7250 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM. Apparently, it will be powered by a 5,850mAh battery, which means the Plus variant gets a slight upgrade in that aspect.

Update: The Infinix Smart 10 series is now available for purchase from the brand’s official store on TikTok Shop, as well as its physical stores and authorised dealers. The Smart 10 Plus is equipped with a Unisoc T7250 chipset paired with either 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage plus NFC connectivity. The available colour variants include Iris Blue, Titanium Silver, Sleek Black, Ruby Red. As for pricing, the standard version costs RM349, while the NFC variant is available for RM399.

Meanwhile, the vanilla Smart 10 is priced at RM299 and comes with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, with colour options of Iris Blue, Titanium Silver, and Sleek Black. There is also a Twilight Gold variant, although it can only be acquired online.
