OPPO released its Reno13 phone series in Malaysia earlier this year, following its launch in China last year. Since then, the brand has apparently been working on its successor, the Reno14. Rumours of its alleged camera setup and side profile leaked recently, and now a new report has emerged regarding its suspected chipset. According to Abhishek Yadav on X, the phone was spotted on Geekbench with a MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400 chip.
As part of the apparent chipset, the supposed OPPO Reno14, which was listed under model number PKZ110, might also come with a Mali-G720 MC7 GPU. It is also said to have 12GB of RAM, and run on Android 15. To compare, the Reno13 base model has a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, 12GB of RAM, and runs with ColorOS 15 based on Android 15.

A previous leak from Weibo listed the alleged camera setup of the Reno14, along with its side profile. According to the tip, the phone could have a triple-camera setup at its back. This features a 50MP periscope with 3.5x lens, a 50MP main camera with OIS, and an 8MP ultra-wide. As for its side profile, the OPPO device might come with a ‘Magic Cube’ button on its left side.
We may also expect the Reno14 to have a 120Hz OLED screen, with an IP68/69 rating. There has also been an indication that its design could somewhat resemble the iPhone. However, none of these purported specs have been confirmed by OPPO itself, so take them with a grain of salt.
