Infinix has added a fourth model to the Note 50 lineup with the Note 50x, the most affordable addition to the series. Its position in the lineup is a bit odd, as it is equipped with the most basic specifications overall, but it does get a more powerful 5G chipset compared to its 4G counterparts along with the largest battery capacity, putting it just under the Pro Plus in terms of processing capabilities.
The Note 50x sports a 6.67-inch 720p LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 560 nits. Inside, it runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate SoC along with support for 5G, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.4. For durability, it offers an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance as well as an MIL-STD-810H rating for drop resistance.

Imaging-wise, it gets a basic setup with a 50MP rear camera, a depth sensor, and an 8MP front snapper. Powering it is a hefty 5,500mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging and bypass charging, but it lacks the wireless charging support of the rest of the series.

The Note 50x gets a starting retail price of INR11,499 (~RM594) in India. It is unknown when the series will be released in Malaysia but the brand has teased it a few times on its social media pages, so it is possible that the lineup could be announced for the local market soon.
