With the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 and 5090 now available on the shelves in Malaysia, we’re now getting a feel for how much the cards are going to cost. So, here’s our list of said GPUs and how much their respective brands are selling them for.

ASUS

While we reached out to ASUS, the brand still hasn’t responded back to us but we did manage to find a price list for their cards via IdealTech’s version of PC Parts Picker. Not surprising, the brand’s the most expensive by far, with its Prime GeForce RTX 5080 starting at RM6,399, and its liquid cooled RTX 5090 costing RM17,999. Below is the rest of the card’s prices.

  • ASUS ROG Astral LC RTX 5090 OC – RM17,999
  • ASUS ROG Astral RTX 5090 OC – RM16,999
  • ASUS TUF Gaming RTX 5090 OC – RM15,449
  • ASUS ROG Astral RTX 5080 OC – RM7,999
  • ASUS TUF Gaming RTX 5080 OC – RM6,899
  • ASUS Prime RTX 5080 OC – RM6,399

Colorful

Colorful is by far the cheapest of the lot, offering its GeForce RTX 5080 Ultra W OC 16GB at an MSRP of RM5,190. However, it is the only SKU the brand is seemingly bringing into Malaysia at the moment.

Gigabyte

Gigabyte is another brand that we reached out to but have yet to hear back from them. Like ASUS, they’ve yet to respond so the prices listed here are also taken from IdealTech. If and when Gigabyte gets back to us, we’ll update the price list of their GeForce cards accordingly, if any adjustments are needed.

That said, we’re looking at a handful of AORUS cards, and one from the Aero and Windforce segments.

  • Gigabyte Aorus RTX 5080 Xtreme Waterforce – RM7,399
  • Gigabyte Aorus RTX 5080 Xtreme Waterforce WB – RM7,299
  • Gigabyte Aorus RTX 5080 Master Ice – RM6,899
  • Gigabyte Aorus RTX 5080 Master – RM6,799
  • Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5080 Aero OC – RM6,459
  • Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5080 Gaming OC – RM6,399
  • Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5080 Windforce OC – RM5,999

MSI

MSI did get back to us when we reached out for the pricing of their GeForce RTX 50 Series and surprising, they’re only bringing in a handful of RTX 5080 cards but no RTX 5090s for now.

  • MSI RTX 5080 Suprim Liquid SOC – RM6,590
  • MSI RTX 5080 Suprim SOC – RM6,490
  • MSI RTX 5080 16GB Gaming Trio OC – RM6,090
  • MSI RTX 5080 16GB Gaming Trio OC White – RM5,990
  • MSI RTX 5080 16GB Ventus 3X OC Plus – RM5,790

Palit

Palit will only be bringing three SKUs to Malaysia: two GeForce RTX 5080 and one RTX 5090. Pricing are as listed below:

  • Palit RTX 5080 GamingPro – RM5,499
  • Palit RTX 5080 GameRock – RM5,869
  • Palit RTX 5090 GameRock – RM10,899

Zotac

Zotac, like Palit, are both being brought in by the same distributor, Sun Cycle. For now, the brand is offering the GeForce RTX 5080 and 5090 under two sub-brands: its AMP Extreme Infinity and Solid. The latter is interesting, as it offers both an OC and non-OC version of both cards.

  • Zotac Gaming AMP Extreme Infinity RTX 5090 – RM11,799
  • Zotac Gaming AMP Extreme Infinity RTX 5080 – RM6,199
  • Zotac Solid RTX 5090 OC – RM11,119
  • Zotac Solid RTX 5090 Non-OC – RM10,899
  • Zotac Solid RTX 5080 OC – RM5,799
  • Zotac Solid RTX 5080 non-OC – RM5,449
