Time Internet has announced that it is discontinuing its Legacy app starting 31 August. In its place, users will now have to download the new Time “Home Fiber” app.
The Time Home Fiber app is available for download via the Huawei App Gallery, Google Play Store, and App Store, and provides the same functionalities as the previous app. This includes network control, service status monitoring, bill payments, and customer support chat.
While similar to the legacy app in its offerings, the new app is supposedly designed to provide a smoother user experience compared to its predecessor. Customers can continue to manage accounts through a “Self Care” portal or by contacting customer support via Live Chat.
Customers should make the transition before the end of August to avoid any disruptions in terms of service management and support.
