Tecno has officially launched the Camon 30 Premier, its latest mid-ranger smartphone that showcased at MWC earlier this year. The phone is equipped with an upper mid-range chipset from MediaTek and a total of four 50MP sensors.
The Camon 30 Premier sports a 6.7-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,400nits. It has Corning Gorilla Glass for protection and it even comes with technology that allows users to use the screen even with wet fingers. The phone runs on a Dimensity 8200 Ultra processor with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
On the imaging side, it features a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP selfie shooter with autofocus. Powering the Camon 30 Premier is a 5,000mAh battery with support for 70W charging. On the software side, the mid-ranger seems to ship with an AI photo eraser tool.
The company has not yet revealed the pricing of the device, opting for a local price reveal in each country. It said that the Camon 30 Premier will go on sale in early May and will gradually roll out across most of its 70+ global markets.
