TNG Digital today has officially launched the new GOrewards loyalty programme, which is available to all TnG eWallet users starting today. Its introduction aims to provide users with more value for their money by allowing them to collect points everyday and everywhere, regardless of transaction – be it for groceries, food and beverages, bill payments, online shopping, fuel, insurance, and so on.
GOrewards is a fully digital platform, where users can seamlessly earn one point for every RM1 spent via TnG eWallet, while spending with its strategic partners will grant up to 6x bonus points during special campaign periods. Unfortunately, TNG Digital notes that toll payments and parking through PayDirect as well as RFID are currently not eligible for points at this time.
These points can then be redeemed for rewards that are exclusively offered by the eWallet, including e-vouchers, lucky draw entries, Alipay+ Rewards, and even physical products. Do keep in mind that the points collected have a validity period of six months from the month they are earned.
The new loyalty programme can be accessed by tapping on “GOrewards” that’s located below the top navigation bar in the TnG eWallet app. From here, users can browse the various rewards that are currently being offered, as well as check their points balance, transaction history, and expiry dates.
Starting 6 November 2023, TnG eWallet users can earn 6x bonus GOreward points from Kenny Rogers Roasters and ZUS Coffee, 5x from Baskbear and Tealive, and finally 2x from 7-Eleven, BHP, CTOS, CelcomDigi, Taco Bell and Watsons. The company adds that users are also entitled with 10x bonus points when they purchase insurance products from the eWallet from 14 November 2023.
