CelcomDigi has announced that earlier this morning, a minor fire incident occurred that left about 210,000 Celcom customers in Pahang and Terengganu with a network disruption. While no detail has been revealed regarding the incident, the telco explained that users may experience interruptions for voice, SMS, and data services.
Areas affected by this disruption include Bentong, Bera, Genting, Indera Mahkota, Jaya Gading, Gambang, Jengka, Awah Jengka, Lepar Utara, Gelanggi, Jerantut, Karak, Lipis, Maran, Sri Jaya, Mentakab, Muadzam, Bandar Tun Razak, Pekan, Raub, Rompin, Temerloh, Tg Lumpur, Chini, Kuantan Metro, Kuala Krai, Chiku, Bukit Bading, Ketengah, Hulu Terengganu, Besut, Gong Badak, Wakaf Tengah, Cheneh and Pantai Sepat.
