OnePlus has once again collaborated with Swedish camera maker Hasselblad; this time for its 2023 flagship smartphone –  continuing to provide users with an imaging system that  offers  uncompromised image quality. First launched in India in early February this year, the all-new OnePlus 11 5G has captivated audiences with its all-new camera setup, designed to capture life as it happens.

First, let’s take a look at the imaging system’s cameras. The OnePlus 11 5G is equipped with a triple camera system, sporting a 50 MP IMX890 main shooter with an optical image stabiliser (OIS) for pristine quality in steady shots. Additionally, the primary also has improved light intake, allowing for top-notch quality even in low-light and backlit scenarios.

Next up, a 48 MP ultra-wide camera that doubles as  a macro shooter has also been added to the OnePlus 11 5G’s incredible arsenal. Along with it is a 32 MP portrait camera with an IMX709 sensor that guarantees you will always get gorgeous DSLR-like quality every single time.

And that’s just the beginning, as Hasselblad has taken it a step further with its Natural Colour Calibration. What makes this a cut above the rest is the proprietary colour calibration, which assures that you will catch every single detail the same way a human eye does. Additionally, it also comes with a 13-channel multi-spectral sensor for light-colour identification, which essentially means that  you can now enjoy 1:1 colour accuracy without the hefty price tag of a traditional camera.

When they say “DSLR-like” quality, they mean it. With Portrait Mode, you can easily shoot depth-tracking, natural bokeh, and light flare effects. Benchmarked and calibrated by Hasselblad to reach the peak of quality, each shooter  on the OnePlus 11 5G can simulate the professional portraits captured by an actual camera by the renown Swedish manufacturer – rivalling traditional cameras. As a result, the phone guarantees that every image you take and every video you record will always be the best you could ever ask for.

The OnePlus 11 5G is slated to be available in Malaysia on 25 February 2023. The 8 GB + 128 GB configuration in Titan Black will retail for RM 3,299, while the 16 GB + 256 GB in Eternal Green is priced at RM 3,599.
