AirAsia has introduced a same-day delivery service, Fresh Xpress, for online grocery shopping on airasia fresh. Orders made by 12 noon (using the service) will be delivered on the same day by Teleport, AirAsia’s logistics arm.
The service is accessible through the Fresh Xpress tab on the AirAsia app and e-commerce website. Currently available only in the Klang Valley, the service will be expanded soon to other areas, AirAsia said.
“We are pleased to play our part in helping Malaysians to stay home and stay safe to flatten the pandemic curve together. Aside from that, we can also guarantee freshness for all products on Fresh Xpress same day delivery as they are directly sourced through airasia farm, our B2B fresh produce platform connecting farms directly to businesses,” said the AirAsia app’s Head of e-Commerce Lim Ben-Jie.

Until 10 June, shoppers using the service can get RM3 off by using the promo code XPRESS. They can also enjoy unlimited free delivery with a minimum spend of RM50 throughout the month of June.
Aside from the same-day delivery service, shoppers using airasia fresh can also select a delivery date and time that is convenient for them. Unsurprisingly, same-day delivery is fast becoming a standard option in the industry. MYEG’s online gorcery store BELI, for example, offers same-day delivery for customers living in Petaling Jaya.
