JOI Book SK3000: It Is All About That Connected Life

Hailing from Ipoh, SNS Network has been producing laptops, tablets, desktop PCs, and even interactive boards under its own brand JOI since 2013. The company has recently expanded its offerings once again with the launch of the JOI Book SK3000.

It is easy to miss this at the first glance but the JOI Book SK3000 is quite different from what the company has released into the market before. This is because the laptop is the first Qualcomm Snapdragon-based Windows laptop ever made by a Malaysian company but of course, there are still other reasons that may make you consider the JOI Book SK3000 as your new go-to laptop.

A Bona Fide Always Connected PC

Wi-Fi connectivity is a standard feature in a modern laptop but despite that, very few of them can be considered as Always Connected PC (ACPC). As the name suggests, ACPC users should be able to go online wherever they want and not just being confined to the comfort of their home, office, or public hotspots.

That is exactly what JOI Book SK3000 is able to do, thanks to the laptop’s built-in 4G support. Just insert your telco’s nano-SIM card into the slot that is located underneath the laptop and you should be able to get your work done beyond the boundaries of Wi-Fi connection.

Born To Be Mobile

Speaking about the ability to get your work anywhere and everywhere, it would not help much if the device is too chunky to be carried around. This is something that you don’t have to worry about when it comes to the JOI Book SK3000 which has also been pre-installed with Windows 10 Pro that provides more comprehensive features than Windows 10 Home.

This is due to the fact that the new ACPC only weights at around 1.05kg. Since it is built with a 12.5-inch Full HD IPS display with narrow bezel screen, the JOI Book SK3000 also has a rather compact footprint which means that it shouldn’t take much space in your bag.

Not to forget, the laptop also features a long-lasting battery of up to 10 hours and through the USB-C fast charging feature, you can gain back 100% of its battery power in less than 2 hours.

Sleek and Premium Design

Despite its price tag, the JOI Book SK3000 features a full aluminium chassis as opposed to the plastic body in many of the laptops within the same price range. In addition to having a thickness of under 15mm, the laptop’s silver-like grey colourway helps provide a premium vibe to the laptop.

So, when it comes to design and look, the JOI Book SK3000 will certainly not make you feel out of place. Regardless of whether you are using it to pitch a project to a client, presenting your weekly report during a corporate meeting, or working remotely from your favourite coffee shop.

How about its price tag, you may ask? Well, the brand-new JOI Book SK3000 is now readily available for only RM 2199 through JOI’s official store on Lazada and Shopee.

Alternatively, you can also obtain it through GLOO online store at gloo.com.my as well as GLOO’s retail locations and JOI’s authorised retailers throughout Malaysia. For more information, don’t forget to visit JOI’s official website over at joi.com.my.
