TM No Longer Accepting New Registration For TMgo Broadband Service

Back in 2014, TM has launched its own LTE service in the form of TMgo. Despite acquiring P1 few months before the launch, the company continues to run the prepaid mobile broadband service when it unveiled Webe in 2016 but as we heading to the second month of 2018, it seems that the end is finally coming to TMgo.

This is based on the update that TM has implemented on TMgo’s official website earlier this month which removes several essential sections of the site. Among sections that are no longer available on the site are information regarding TMgo’s features and packages.

However, information regarding credit reload and coverage areas alongside the service’s TnC and FAQ documents still remain on the site. Nevertheless, TM’s Twitter-based customer service has confirmed that the company is no longer accepting new registration for TMgo which generally means that TM is not planning to grow the service further.

By that, we mean in its current form. Ultimately, we will not be surprised if TM decides to discontinue TMgo especially given the new changes that UniFi Mobile might bring into the market this year. We hope to hear some updates regarding this matter from TM soon enough.
