You might have heard of it but if you somehow missed the news or choose to ignore it, the PIKOM PC Fair has returned once again and is happening throughout this weekend at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). NVIDIA is one of the exhibitors at the event, in support of PIKOM Game Master MOL Dota 2 Championship which is also taking place there.
Hence, it’s no surprise that NVIDIA is offering freebies for PC Fair visitors that are planning to purchase an NVIDIA GeForce-based laptops over there but it is not just any random prizes though. In fact, the company is giving away the new Nexus 9 tablet by HTC which is yet to be released in Malaysia.
If you wondering how NVIDIA is able to offer Nexus 9 as part of its PC Fair giveaway, well…the Nexus 9 is powered by an NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor after all. The company will be giving away the tablet on daily basis throughout the event at its booth but there is a catch though: only one unit will be made available per day.
Fret not though, there are still other additional prizes for visitors to get their hands on from NVIDIA which include 128GB Plextor M6S solid state drive and 8GB flash drive. All NVIDIA GeForce 800M and 900M-based laptops that are purchased at PC Fair in KLCC are eligible for this giveaway.
The NVIDIA booth at PC Fair is also showcasing plenty of latest NVIDIA GeForce-based gaming laptop from Acer, AORUS, ASUS, Gigabyte, HP, and MSI. This should be able to help PC Fair visitors out there that have yet to pinpoint the exact gaming laptop they would like to purchase at the event.
